OfflineNo heartbeat for over 90 seconds. Placement and reservations are kept while it's offline.

DrainStops new workspaces being placed here. Workspaces already here keep running, and restart here if their container dies; a backup moves one to another machine when one has room.

ReassignDrains, then moves each workspace elsewhere once it's idle — no agent thinking or acting, and no scheduled job due within 5 minutes; an approval left unanswered for 6 hours no longer counts — one at a time, while another machine has room.

Force drainDrains, then backs up and shuts down every workspace here at once, busy or not — whatever an agent is doing is cut off. Each starts again on another machine with room; with none, it waits, stopped.

UndrainPuts the machine back into service.

RevokeEnds the subscription now, with no refund. The workspace is backed up and stopped on the next reconciler tick.

ResetTakes the account back to signup: subscription, purchases, usage, holds and workspace are wiped and the signup credits restored. A signed-in user stays signed in.

DeleteRemoves the account entirely. The sign-in itself still works, and signing in again creates a fresh, freshly funded account. A container still running is left for its machine to reap.

Why a charge is pendingThe reservation was left open because the provider's usage was unknown, came in above the estimate, or the stream was interrupted.

ChargeConfirm the provider's real usage first, then charge it. A charge is capped at the reserved amount.

RefundReleases the whole reservation back to the account.
